Preparing Method:

Cut all varieties of vegetables vertically.

Keep a wide pan over the oven and roast pulav leaf.

Refined Flour
Carom seeds

Mix everything refined flour, carrom seeds, salt and 3 tablespoon of oil.
Mix in enough warm water to make a firm dough.

  • Rub the Prawn over a stone and wash well in clean water and put in a plate.
  • Soak tamarind in suitable quantity of water adding little salt.

  • Then cut the remaining vegetables and peas fry in the same pan adding small quantity of water.
  • After duly boiling the vegetables add fried onion and tomato and mix well.
  • Roast beaten bengalgram and add with the above mixture.
  • Put a pan over the oven and pour some oil and fry the fishes well.
  • Till it turn to yellowish brown and add into the vessel of vegetables duly adding salt, garam masala and mix well with a ladle.
  • Then at the end sprinkle grated coconut over the plate when serving or duly add into the Orissa dumble in the vessel.
