To prepare Chicken Pulav
Ingredients:
chicken
Basumati Rice
Pulav leaf
Carrot
Cashewnut
Cardamom
Beans
Potato
Onion
Oil
Green chilli
Pea
Clove
Ghee
Coconut grated
Big chilli
Dalchinni
Salt
Preparing Method:
Cut all varieties of vegetables vertically.
Keep a wide pan over the oven and roast pulav leaf.
Dalchinni, cardamom and then add duly cutting garlic, onion, ginger, green chilli.
Then soak rice duly washing.
Boil chickens and remove its husk and cut vertically into four pieces.
Then boil all vegetables in a cooker.
Then add the roasted ingredient of masala into the vegetable cooker.
Add grinded coconut salt, soaked rice all into the vessel.
After duly boiling the rice add pieces of chicken. coriander leaf, misted cashew nuts and cloves the vessel for some time to get saturation.
Then putting down the vessel from the oven serve hotly for all.
