How to prepare Khasta puri recipe?
To Prepare Khasta Puri Recipe
Ingredients:
Refined Flour
Carom seeds
Salt to taste
Oil
Preparing Method:
Mix everything refined flour, carrom seeds, salt and 3 tablespoon of oil.
Mix in enough warm water to make a firm dough.
Keep covered for an hour.
Make small size balls and roll out puris.
Heat up oil and deep fry the puris on medium heat.
The puris up till golden and crisp.
Serve hot.
