Preparing Method:
- Rub the Prawn over a stone and wash well in clean water and put in a plate.
- Soak tamarind in suitable quantity of water adding little salt.
- Then after diluting this, put the cleaned prawns for soaking into this vessel.
- Cut onion, tomato and fry in a pan over the oven in oil.
- Then cut the remaining vegetables and peas fry in the same pan adding small quantity of water.
- After duly boiling the vegetables add fried onion and tomato and mix well.
- Roast beaten bengalgram and add with the above mixture.
- Put a pan over the oven and pour some oil and fry the fishes well.
- Till it turn to yellowish brown and add into the vessel of vegetables duly adding salt, garam masala and mix well with a ladle.
- Then at the end sprinkle grated coconut over the plate when serving or duly add into the Orissa dumble in the vessel.
