BATATA VADA
Ingredients
Besan
Oil
Salt
Haldi
Potatoes
Salt
Crushed green chilli and fresh ginger
Garlic(optional)

Garam masala
Method
1. Boil and mash potatoes. Add salt, crushed green chilli and
ginger and lemon crystals and sugar, and a little garam masala.
2. Mix well
3. Make small balls and keep on one side.
4. Make a thin batter of the besan, a little oil, salt and
haldi.
5. Dip the potato balls into the batter and deep fry briefly.
