New method of fried fish

- Pepper powder
- Oil
- Lemon
- Salt
Preparing Method:
Rub fishes over well a stone till the outer layer of the skin worns out and wash well in water. And cut into small pieces. Pound a pepper into a powder. And add with salt and drown the pieces of fishes with this for about 20 minutes for saturation. Then fry the pieces of fishes in a pan with oil. Then sprinkle lemon juice over the fishes. After fry to serve for eat.
