To prepare Goa Masala Hen
Ingredients:
Hen
Turmeric
Vinegar
Garlic
Lemon
Black pepper powder
Cumin
Chilli Powder
Coconut trim
Onion Ginger
Dry chilli
Coriander
Menthya
Gagagase
Preparing Method:
Duly after washing the chicken, cut into small pieces and add salt and lemon juice and keep serperately. Grind poppy seeds and grated coconut. Grind dry chilli with vinegar. Put some oil in a vessel over the oven. Add grinded mixture and onion to this and fry well and then add the chicken pieces and fry till this becomes soft. Then add all the grinded masalas, grinded pungent mixture and boil in mild flame. Then add the grinded coconut, vinegar, pungent powder, turmeric powder, little water if required if put into the vessel and boil for about 10 minutes. Then serve hot with rice and chapati.
