- Meat
- Cardamom
- Onion
- Ginger
- Dalchinni
- Menthya powder
- White pepper powder
- Curd
- Dry chilli
- Menthya
- Salt
Preparing Method:
Remove the husk of the onion and garlic.
Make small pieces and squeeze it. Keep a pan on the hearth.
Put ghee then trim the onion and small pieces of garlic to put in the mutton vessel.
Mix curd. roasted ginger, onion, clove, dalchinni powder.
All to be put in the mutton vessel, mix well.
Put salt and to cook in mild flame.
After all these things are cooked put menthya powder and mix with a ladle.
Serve when it is hot.
