How to prepare Chinese noodles?

PREPARE CHINESE NOODLES
Ingredients:
- Noodles
- Green chillies
- Capsicum
- Spring onions
- Soya sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Onions
- Oil
- Ghee
- Salt
- Ajhi no moto
Preparing
Method:
- Boil the noodles in hot water for 2-3 minutes and drain immediately.
- Put them and in cold water and remove, put in a strainer to drain all the water.
- In a pan take oil and ghee add the chopped capsicum, onions and steam.
- When they are almost done add all the sauces, aji no moto, spring onions.
- Boiled and drained noodles and mix well.
- Mix the mixture with noodles stick to avoid breakage.
- Serve hot with spring onions, coriander on the top.
Variation:
You can cut
and add all vegetables finely chopped in oil and prepare vegetable noodles.
