How to make Mutton Khyma Fry?

- Mutton
- Cardamom
- Onion
- Cloves
- Turmeric
- Coriander leaf
- Chilli powder
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Dalchinni
- Oil
- Salt
Preparing Method:
- Cut mutton pieces duly after washing well.
- Cut Onion into small pieces.
- Grind Garlic, cloves, cardamom, dalchinni softly.
- Put a wide vessel on the oven and pour some oil into it.
- Put pieces of onion into fry well.
- Then add the mixture of grinded ingredient turmeric, salt, pepper powder, glass of water.
- And boiled it well to keep in a seperate vessel duly after boiling softly.
- Then put some oil into other vessel into fry the khima till it becomes brown.
- Then put trimmed pieces of coriander leaf over the mutton khima fry and serve with meal.
