Making a prawn cutlet

Clean the prawn in clean water. And remove the husk of garlic cut it in small pieces. Cut the coriander leaves in small pieces. Put oil in the pan and roast cumin, then grind prawn and mix the coconut grated pieces, grinded garlic, coriander leaves, chilli mix, add salt, put cumin powder mix well.
And tie like cutlet and put it on the hearth, put oil on the mixture put oil and roast. Serve when hot. Otherwise if cooled reduced the recepe's taste.
