To make goa fish curry
Ingredients:
- Fish
- Carrot
- Green chilli
- Big chilli
- Garam masala
- Tomato
- Onion
- Oil
- Cauli flower
- Bengalgram flour
- Tamarind
- Peas
- Coconut trim
Method:
Duly cleaning the fishes by rubbing over stone, remove the husk of garlic, cut onions into small pieces, cut cashew nut into pieces. soak dry chilli in a vessel of water Add green chili, pure pungent powder, cashew nut, turmeric powder, garlic. onion. ginger all with vinegar and grind sufly in a mortar smear powder salt and turmeric powder to fishes and keep separately in a vessel to saturate for an hour. Keep a wide pan over the oven and pour some oil into this and fry the fishes. Then add the grinded mixture of masala into the vessel of frying and fry till it becomes brown. Then add salt, green chilli, turmeric powder all and mix well Then add the fried fishes with this and boil well cosing the mouth of the vessel. Then serve putting down the vessel duly sprinkling pieces of coriander leaf over this "Fish Curry".
