To make Thai egg fried rice
THAI EGG FRIED RICE
Ingredients:
Heat 1 tblspn of oil in a large frying pan and egg. Swirl till set. Remove from pan and cut into strips and keep aside. Heat the rest of the oil in a same pan and add garlic and spring onions. Saute over high heat till glossy and add rice.
Stir-fry over high heat till glossy and add rice. Add fish sauce, coriander and omelette strips and mix well. Serve garnished with cucumber.
Ingredients:
- Oil - 3 tblspn
- Eggs - 2
- Garlic chopped- 1 tspn
- Rice(cooked) - 4 cups
- Fish sauce - 1 tblspn
- Coriander leaves-1cup
- Cucumber - 1 cup (diced)
