To make a karnataka soup
Ingredients:
- Egg
- Chilli sauce
- Honey
- Black pepper
- Garlic
- Sugar
- Soya sauce
- Mustard
- Orange juice
- Gooseberry juice
- Refined Oil
- Ginger
- Vinegar
- Lemon
Method:
Break the eggs and pour the liqued in a glass vessel. Roast mustard, refined oil, salt, black pepper powder all to be mixed well and added with the eggs liqued. Soak pieces of ginger, garlic and sugar into the vessel of vinegar.
Boil this for 2 minutes over the oven and keep cooling. Extract the recepe after half an hour and add with the vessel of egg liqued along with juices of orange, lemon, soya chilli sauce, honey. Then deck with gooseberry and serve to eat just before meal.
