How to prepare Mutton pulav?


TO PREPARE MUTTON PULAV
Ingredients:
Onion
Broken rice
Paneer
Pepper
Rice
Garlic
Clove
Chilli powder
Uddina dhal
Kesari
Dalchini
Kaima
Ghee
Ginger
Milk
Salt

Preparing Method:
Wash mutton of khima well, add half kg avalakki(a king of squashed rice), clove. cinnamon, pepper, pungent powder, salt to the khima vessel and boil in mild flame over the oven. After due boiling grind in a mortar as hard as possible  and prepare small balls out of the grinded mixture. Then put a pan over the oven pour some ghee into it- and fry the balls.
Put rice in a vessel and wash well with water Grind ginger, garlic, onion and keep ready in a plate. Take the vessel used to boil rice and pour some ghee into it and of put pieces ion. grinded ingredient and fry. Then add washed rice with it and fry well. Then suitable quantity of water and prepare boiled rice(not to boil much). Then add panneer(a kind of sweet smelling water) and saffron duly mixing as to stick the fragrance with each rice. Then put the fried khima balls with the rice and mix well. Then this becomes like chitranna. Serve this'More palav.

Preparing Method:
Duly after washing the chicken, cut into small pieces and add salt and lemon juice and keep serperately. Grind poppy seeds and grated coconut. Grind dry chilli with vinegar. Put some oil in a vessel over the oven. Add grinded mixture and onion to this and fry well and then add the chicken pieces and fry till this becomes soft. Then add all the grinded masalas, grinded pungent mixture and boil in mild flame. Then add the grinded coconut, vinegar, pungent powder, turmeric powder, little water if required if put into the vessel and boil for about 10 minutes. Then serve hot with rice and chapati.

Fish

Plaintain leaf
Coriander leaf

Preparing Method:
Grind the green chilli, Coriander leaf in mortar softly. Add curd and salt to this and mix well. Rub the fishes on a stone and wash in clean water and cut vertically each fish as used cut the cucumber and then smear grinded masala inner and outer portion on the fish. Roll this prepared fish in plaintain leaf and keep seperately. Keep all fishes in the same method. Then arrange the method all fishes in same method.
Then arrange to keep the fishes separately in a idli cooker and boil duly after closing it's lid for about 30 minutes. Then after due boiling serve all each a piece.

TO PREPARE CHINESE NOODLES
Ingredients:
  • Noodles
  • Green chillies
  • Capsicum
  • Spring onions
  • Soya sauce
  • Chilli sauce
  • Tomato sauce
  • Onions
  • Oil
  • Ghee
  • Salt
  • Ajhi no moto
Preparing Method:
  1. Boil the noodles in hot water for 2-3 minutes and drain immediately.
  2. Put them and in cold water and remove, put in a strainer to drain all the water.
  3. In a pan take oil and ghee add the chopped capsicum, onions and steam.
  4. When they are almost done add all the sauces, aji no moto, spring onions.
  5. Boiled and drained noodles and mix well.
  6. Mix the mixture with noodles stick to avoid breakage.
  7. Serve hot with spring onions, coriander on the top.
Variation: You can cut and add all vegetables finely chopped in oil and prepare vegetable noodles.

Preparing Method:

Remove the husk of the onion and garlic.
Make small pieces and squeeze it. Keep a pan on the hearth.
Put ghee then trim the onion and small pieces of garlic to put in the mutton vessel.
Mix curd. roasted ginger, onion, clove, dalchinni powder.
All to be put in the mutton vessel, mix well.
Put salt and to cook in mild flame.
After all these things are cooked put menthya powder and mix with a ladle.
Serve when it is hot.

Butter - 3/4 cup

Grated carrots - 1/2 cup

Purpose flour - 3/4 cup

Wheat flour - 1/4 cup

Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

Olive oil - 1/4 cup

Milk - 2 1/2 tsp

Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup

Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp

Grated Pista, almonds - a handy

Butter Paper - 1

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

Find the first sieve, wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder and keep aside to put the boring. Then, in a bowl of yogurt, sugar, milk, stirring to dissolve the sugar and olive oil is more than well. Then, add the vanilla, stirring well to Essence, the carrots and purpose flour mixture and beat well and should be soft. After 10 minutes in the microwave and heat the oven to 

182° C.
