How to prepare Mutton pulav?
TO PREPARE MUTTON PULAV
Ingredients:
Onion
Broken rice
Paneer
Pepper
Rice
Garlic
Clove
Chilli powder
Uddina dhal
Kesari
Dalchini
Kaima
Ghee
Ginger
Milk
Salt
Preparing Method:
Wash mutton of khima well, add half kg avalakki(a king of squashed rice), clove. cinnamon, pepper, pungent powder, salt to the khima vessel and boil in mild flame over the oven. After due boiling grind in a mortar as hard as possible and prepare small balls out of the grinded mixture. Then put a pan over the oven pour some ghee into it- and fry the balls.
Put rice in a vessel and wash well with water Grind ginger, garlic, onion and keep ready in a plate. Take the vessel used to boil rice and pour some ghee into it and of put pieces ion. grinded ingredient and fry. Then add washed rice with it and fry well. Then suitable quantity of water and prepare boiled rice(not to boil much). Then add panneer(a kind of sweet smelling water) and saffron duly mixing as to stick the fragrance with each rice. Then put the fried khima balls with the rice and mix well. Then this becomes like chitranna. Serve this'More palav.
